LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The latest "Harry Potter" movie cast a $104 million spell over worldwide box offices during its first day in theaters, setting a new record for the boy wizard, distributor Warner Bros Pictures said on Thursday.

College Quidditch

Now that many Harry Potter fans are now in college, Quidditch is becoming one of the fastest growing college sports in the world.    College quidditch first came to muggles in the fall of 2005 at Middlebury College in Vermont where roughly 20 students from the same dormitory got together and on a field running around with capes and household brooms between there legs.  You can read the full history here:  History of Muggle College Quidditch Year One 

For the lasted information on College Quidditch you can visit the Inter-Collegiate Quidditch Association.  They even have had a  Quidditch World Cup tournament.
